Overlap Lock rubber tille

Overlap Lock rubber mat has been equipped with a characteristic overlap for connecting individual elements, thanks to which the installation of the rubber surface is quick and hassle-free. The square shape allows to create surfaces with high aesthetic values and excellent technical parameters. Overlap Lock rubber tile is mainly intended for professional gyms and fitness rooms as well as playgrounds.

Rubtiler Overlap Lock rubber mat – properties:

• fire resistance – there is a possibility of obtaining DFL-S1, CFL-S1 or EFL flammability certificates,
• PZH (the National Institute of Hygiene) certificate,
• critical fall height of up to 2 m, and with the use of the proprietary Rubtiler installation system, there is a possibility of increasing this parameter to 2,7 m,
• resistance to heavy loads,
• soundproofing and vibro-isolating properties,
• resistance to moisture, and good water drainage,
• temperature tolerance from -30⁰C to +70⁰C,
• flexible and soft surface reduces the risk of skin abrasions,

• product made of material that is in 100% obtained in the process of recycling used car tyres.
